This very popular Tasmanian favourite is loved by many and for good reason. Its thin papery skin is easy to remove and the medium, no-nonsense, rounded cloves are packed full of flavour. Tasmanian grown.

Garlic can be grown in Australia from early-late March, to late June. Traditionally planted in cold weather and harvested in warm weather.

Each bag is sold as 150g and may include whole bulbs, some bulbins and individual cloves - seed quality. The perfect quantity for a home veggie patch.
