Shipping Notice

To ensure quick and efficient delivery of your order, most items will be shipped via letter mail. Please provide a residential address, PO Box, or business address when placing your order.

Important: We are unable to ship to parcel lockers. The address you provide will be the one used for delivery. If you choose to provide a parcel locker address, you accept any liability for potential delivery issues or delays. The customer will be responsible for any re-shipment fees.


Standard Shipping Without Tracking - Small Seed Packets
We try to keep the cost of delivery as low as possible and as such delivery for seed only orders under $60 is $3.45 for standard postage.  

Standard Shipping With Tracking - Small Seed Packets
$5.95 including standard postage and tracking.

Express shipping - Small Seed Packets
$10.95
Includes priority processing

Free Tracked Postage 
For orders containing small seed packets over $60  

Orders Containing Bulk Goods Or Garden Supplies 
Standard tracked is capped at $8.95
Express Post $15.95


Processing Time
We do our best to pack and post your orders as soon as we can and aim to get all orders out within 3-5 business days.
More often than not orders are processed quicker than this timeframe.

Metropolitan letter delivery changes - Australia Post (auspost.com.au)

You will receive an email or text message when your order has been shipped. If you haven't yet received this please check your junk or spam folder. 

We cant always guarantee a delivery time - if your order is urgent please contact us at info@dhseedharvestco.com or opt for Express Postage

Please allow 10 (ten) business days for delivery, ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS LEFT US, due to Austpost delays before checking with us and your post office. 

We ship all orders from Richmond Tasmania and are unable to offer pickup at this time.


We only ship within Australia at this time.

BIO-SECURITY - QUARANTINE - IMPORTS (Northern Territory & W.A)

It is the customers responsibility to ensure the appropriate 'Notice of intention to import' documentation is submitted to the relevant small seed import department at your state's bio security office. Customers are liable to pay all inspection fees imposed by biosecurity. W.A's biosecurity currently impose a $67.50 inspection fee for all consignments entering the state.

Individual Seed Packets 

Unless otherwise stated, we use 100% post consumer recycled zip lock bags to pack our seeds. Each little seed packet has a colour label, with a photo of the variety and a QR code for growing instructions. Each seed packet is around 5cm x 7cm and can easily be re-sealed for later use. Custom/premium options may be available for wholesale order - example for retail sale.
