Leek 'Bulgarian Giant' - 30x Seeds
The long, white-stemmed leek can be eaten raw, sliced in salads, sautéed or added to soups and pies. Leeks are a good source of vitamins A, C and K, and contain lots of dietary fibre. In colder climates, leeks are at their peak between May and October.
A very large variety which is easy to grow.

They also contain minerals such as iron (which is important for red blood cells) and manganese (involved in the regulation of brain and nerve function).
