Carrot 'Short Kuroda' - 75 Seeds

The roots of Kuroda carrots are short and  conical with a broad shoulder. They can be quite sweet and tasty, but they are best used when young as they may develop a woody core with age. They are generally better cooked than raw. A great variety for poor soil types.
