Cabbage 'Green Vertus' - 50x Seeds

Green leaf vegetable, producing very large round heads to 20cm and 2.5kg with grey/green crinkled leaves. Tastes amazing both raw and cooked. Exhibits a mild traditional cabbage flavour.

Half a cup of cooked cabbage has about a third the vitamin C you need for the day. It also gives you doses of fiber, folate, potassium, magnesium, vitamins A and K, and more.
