Angelica Archangelica 'Garden Angelica' 30+ Seeds.

Angelica archangelica, commonly known as garden angelica, wild celery, and Norwegian angelica and is grown for it's sweetly scented stems and roots.

Angelica archangelica is a majestic biennial plant bearing huge, architectural flowerheads and delicate fresh green seedpods, in contrast with pink-flushed stems. It deserves a prominent position at the back of a border or in a wild part of the garden. All parts of the aromatic plant have culinary or medicinal uses, but it’s best known for its candied stems, used as a cake decoration. The flowers are attractive to pollinators and the seeds are eaten by birds.

Blooms profusely from early to mid-summer. After each growing season its growth will die back to ground level, allowing the next year's growth to come through. Plants must be grown from seed. Grows vigorously from 3ft-6ft high. This plant is biennial and produces foliage the first year and flowers the second.
