Noted for its spectacular floral display, Cercis siliquastrum (Judas Tree) is a small deciduous tree from Southern Europe, often multi-trunked tree with a rounded crown. Masses of pea-like purplish rose flowers held in clusters appear in the spring, before or with the leaves.
To germinate these seeds you need to soak the seed in hot water for 24 hours. Then give it a cold/moist stratification period of 1-2 months (or winter sow the seed). Plant the seed it 1/8″-1/4″ deep.
Each seed packet contains a minimum of 5x seeds and complimentary growing notes.
