Asian vegetable grown for its attractive tender purple stalks, green leaves and yellow flowers. Mild and sweet mustard flavour. Can be used fresh in salads or cooked in stir fries, soups, or steamed by itself. Adds colour to the dinner plate. Best harvested just before the flowers open. Each seed pack contains a minimum of x75-100 seeds and germination notes.
