Pak Choi 'Cantong White' -50x  Seeds

Bok choy, pak choi, or pok choi is a type of Chinese cabbage. Non heading variety with rounded dark green leaves and thick white stems. This variety has a mild flavour and is excellent both raw or cooked. A great range of culinary uses including stir-fries and steamed. Fast maturing. Good variety for hot weather and warmer climates.
