Celeriac 'White Alabaster' - 200 Seeds 

A large root vegetable with a taste of celery.
To prepare, peel like potato, rinse and keep in acidulated water until ready to use. It can be mashed, roasted, boiled, steamed or made into soup

Celeriac prefer a soil that is kept moist at all times so be sure to keep well watered during hot and dry periods.
Smaller bulbs tend to have a sweeter taste making them perfect for adding to salads and purees.
