This variety is the standard winter-hardy thyme.
The plant produces huge yields of leaves and stands tall.
It is a unique & classic culinary and ornamental herb. 
Great for flavouring almost anything including meat, fish, soups and stews. Can be used fresh or dried. Attracts bees. Good for borders, rock gardens and pots.

The plant produces small, round to needle-shaped evergreen leaves on woody stems. with edible flowers.
