Deeply fringed petals give the impression of far more than the 5 petals that are actually present, kind of like an optical illusion. The diversity of streaks, stripes, and zoning makes “Twinkles” really shine. The widest possible range of phlox colours! Compact plants rarely exceed 20-25cm and are perfect for edging. It makes a superior container variety when situated so that the intricate details of each unique flower can be appreciated up close.
