Mustard 'Chirimen Hakarashi' - 100+ Seeds

This delicious Japanese winter curl-leaved mustard is a favourite amongst many home cooks. Its round stalk grows wavy, crisp leaves with serrated edges and steadily intensifies in shape as it matures. It can be harvested at any stage - microgreens for salads and sandwiches, baby leaf for eating raw, flowers for garnishing and seed pods to collect and use as a sweet addition to recipes.

Mature leaves are also great when pickled or cooked into dishes!

“Baby” leaves can be picked when just 2” (5cm) long.
