Lemon Balm 'Bee Balm' Seeds' - 200+ Seeds

A clump-forming perennial plant. Lemon Balm plants grow 30cm – 90cm high. It looks similar to mint, but it is not as invasive and much easier to control. 

Lemon Balm has a flowery lemon flavour and has a wide variety of uses. The fresh leaves can be used as a garnish for drinks, desserts and savoury dishes. It adds zing to fruit salads, garden salads, fruit drinks and punch, sorbet, herb butter, dressing and sauces. 

An infusion of lemon balm makes a refreshing, uplifting tea served either hot or cold and is a popular choice for many different herbal tea blends. 

Lemon balm has MANY medicinal uses.
