This very popular Tasmanian favourite is loved by many and for good reason. Its thin papery skin is easy to remove and the medium, no-nonsense, rounded cloves are packed full of flavour. Tasmanian grown.

Famous across Australia for its mild, sweet & faintly hot flavour. 

Garlic can be grown in Australia from early-late March, to late June. Traditionally planted in cold weather and harvested in warm weather.

Flavour: mild to hot when raw, rich and nutty when roasted/sauteed.

Each bag is sold as 150g and may include whole bulbs, some bulbins and individual cloves - seed quality. The perfect quantity for a home veggie patch.
