Chicory 'Red Rib' - 100x Seeds

Chicory 'Red Rib' leaves will brighten up all your Summer salads with the most vibrant red leaves. Chicory is a must for any mesclun salad mix due to its slightly bitter flavour. The red rib also adds contrasting colour. Use in salads or as a base for cooked vegetables, fish and pasta. Is nice used in Caesar salad with the blue cheese dressing and anchovies. High in Vitamins A, B1 and C.
