A native of China heavily bred and marketed under the name Kiwi Fruit, this deciduous vine needs both male and female plants to produce fruit. Your seed packets are guaranteed to produce both female and male plants.It is frost resistant but drought tender.The stem is woody and twining, the leaves heart shaped and dark green, paler underneath. The flowers are yellow and five petaled while the fruit is brownish, hairy berries.Each seed packet contains a minimum of 10x seed.
