Savory 'Winter' is a perennial herb growing to 40cm.

A bushy shrub with dark grey/green leaves producing spikes of pretty little purple/pink flowers. The leaves of this beautiful herb plant are are very aromatic and have a strong peppery flavour commonly used to flavour meats, fish, stews, bean and egg dishes.

Can be used in potpourri due to its beautiful scent. Attracts bees. Has a stronger flavour than "Summer Savory".

A great plant for borders, edges and rockeries. Highly attractive to bees.

Can be grown in containers. A perfect edition to your herb garden!
