Pak Choi 'Taipai Purple Early' - 50x Seeds

Bok choy, pak choi, or pok choi is a type of Chinese cabbage.  An extremely vigorously growing variety. Most adaptable to summer growing but will grow in all seasons. Has an upright and compact growing habit. Can be harvested at any time. Beautiful white and green stems with red/purple coloured leaves. A very tender vegetable, which is great for a range of culinary uses including stir-fries and steamed. Fast maturing. Good variety for hot weather and warmer climates.
