Pak Choi 'Choko Green' - 50x Seeds

Bok choy, pak choi, or pok choi is a type of Chinese cabbage. Also known as Green Petiole Pak Choi. An extremely vigorously growing variety. Most adaptable to summer growing but will grow in all seasons. Has an upright and compact growing habit. Beautiful green colour. A very tender vegetable, which is great for a range of culinary uses including stir-fries and steamed. Fast maturing. Good variety for hot weather and warmer climates.
