Borecole 'Red Kale' - 50 Seeds

Attractive red borecole variety with scarlet & red colored curled leaves.
Very attractive and delicious in salads and has an authentic curly kale flavor. Also delicious as a baked 'Kale chip'.
This variety is very cold tolerant and produces abundantly and readily.
An extremely healthy food source which is frequently used in stir fry dishes, fresh in salads or general vegetable cooking such as steaming.
