Minutina is an unusual and gourmet leafy green prized for its slender, horn-shaped leaves that resemble deer antlers. Plants form low-growing rosettes, typically reaching 15–25 cm in height. Minutina grows well in full sun to part shade and prefers well-drained soil. It’s a cool-season crop that performs well in autumn and spring, tolerating light frosts and continuing to produce in mild winters.
